Crack injection repairs

Cracks appear over time due to suboptimal results at pouring, age, or ground movement. We’ll fill any cracks with a high-quality epoxy which, once hardened, improves the strength and water tightness of the building.

Concrete spalling repairs

Spalling occurs when moisture seeps into concrete, causing the surface layer to delineate. Our specialist technicians remove and replace the deteriorated layer of concrete, and in more severe cases of water penetration where the reinforcing steel is also affected, we can carry out more comprehensive repairs.

Our specialised steel repair services include;

• Steel passivation – This process repairs corroded steel bars using an acid wash that removes rust residue, leaving a protective film.
• Sacrificial anodes – This process applies a corrosive inhibitor that is designed to slow down further corrosion. It involves attaching more active metal elements that will corrode instead of the reinforcing steel.
