Argosy Property commissioned the full survey of the Stewart Dawsons Corner heritage building to determine the required remediations to support recent restoration works.

Approach: Following the inspection report, our team carried out targeted remedial works addressing corrosion, plaster and paint defects, cracks, and glazing issues. Given the building’s heritage status, we worked closely with the architect to carefully select appropriate materials and achieve accurate colour matches, ensuring patch painting blended seamlessly with the existing façade. All works were undertaken via abseil to minimise disruption to tenants and surrounding businesses.
