Services

  • Full Facade Remediation
  • Large Scale Sealant Replacement
  • Corrosion Repair
  • Canopy Remediation

Approach: Our team addressed long-standing leak issues by replacing shrunk gaskets and aged sealant joints across the entire glazing system, as well as undertaking remedial works to the subroof. To minimise disruption to businesses and pedestrians on this busy CBD street, we implemented site-specific canopy protections and completed all works via abseil. The programme was further enhanced by a full façade repaint, providing the building with a refreshed and modernised appearance.

Methodology: The remedial programme involved targeted façade and roof works, including:
• Gasket replacement (approx. 4800 lm)
• Sealant replacement (approx. 1000 lm)
• Concrete remediation to identified areas of concrete spalling (6 locations)
• Façade painting to all columns and concrete elements
• Various leak repairs to the subroof area
